If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return print materials to ACCP within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price or, if purchased by credit card, we will credit your card. Please contact ACCP at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization before returning an item. All items must be in good condition and acceptable for resale. Shrink wrapped items must be returned in their original shrink wrap. If items are returned in good condition but without the original shrink wrap, $10.00 will be retained to cover the cost of returning the item to its original condition. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for items returned to ACCP. Online products may not be returned.
