All Annual Meeting registrants are welcome to attend this session.
This module will enable participants to more fully lead their lives and, in the process, work toward developing an optimal balance between activities in the workplace and at home, service endeavors, and recreational pursuits. The module will involve discussions of the principles and connected practices designed to enhance personal and professional success.
Please note: If attendees are enrolled or plan to enroll in the Leadership and Management Academy, this session counts toward Academy credit. In order to receive Leadership and Management Academy credit, Academy enrollees must sign in during the session.

4. Construct a personal mission statement you can use as a guide to personal and professional achievement.
5. Describe the importance of taking personal responsibility for self-leadership in developing leadership capabilities.
6. Describe ways that you can be proactive when working with others in various settings, such as performance evaluation.
7. Apply time management strategies, based on your mission statements, to your personal and professional leadership challenges.
