The demand for mental health access, already high prior to COVID, has only intensified over the past few years. Despite this, access to psychiatric care has become more difficult and strained existing providers. This session will discuss how pharmacists play a vital role in easing this burden through screening, referrals, and connections, as well as new treatments that are available.
