In this session, speakers will describe modifiable drivers and outline steps for institutions to decrease burnout and create a culture of well-being/engagement. Topics will include navigating value alignment and institutional interventions that may reduce burnout in pharmacy practice. Additionally, tools will be described that an individual may use to promote institutional changes that create a culture of well-being. This will be a workshop-style session where presenters will share ideas. Participants will create action plans with small group support. Punctuated mini-lectures will be interspersed with small group discussions.
