The leadership model for leading change in organizations established by John Kotter is one of the most recognized models in the business. This session will explore the eight essential steps that drive successful organizational change, from creating a sense of urgency to anchoring change in the culture. Through real-world examples, this session will explore how to effectively apply Kotter's model. Participants will gain practical insights and strategies for applying the model to their own change initiatives.

Please note: If attendees are enrolled or plan to enroll in the Leadership and Management Academy, this session counts toward Academy credit. In order to receive Leadership and Management Academy credit, Academy enrollees must sign in during the session.
