Open to all interested Annual Meeting registrants.

This session will provide a summary of three distinct successful approaches to billing and contracting in varied ambulatory care settings.  Attendees will hear about sustainability strategies within an FHQC with a 340b pharmacy, billing and contracting in a mixed fee for service/value-based model, and a unique CMM billing model utilizing collaboration between community and clinic-based pharmacists. 

Please note: This session is open to all Annual Meeting registrants and is an elective for the Comprehensive Medication Management Implementation Academy. In order to receive   Comprehensive Medication Management Implementation Academy credit, Academy enrollees must sign in during the session.
