Q: Do I have to register for the 2022 Global Conference?
A: Yes. Participation in ACCP’s 2022 Professional Placement Forum requires Global Conference Registration.
Q: What is included with my Professional Placement Forum registration?
A: Registration will provide you with an event position listing, access to our candidate database, and an adjustable
meeting schedule for your selected PPF timeslot on Sunday, October 16, 8:30–11am or Monday, October 17, 8:30–11am.
Additional timeslots can be purchased for meetings on Monday afternoon. To facilitate the ease of scheduled meetings,
a customized scheduling link will be provided during the week of October 3.
Q: When are my appointment-based meetings with candidates?
A: Your individual schedule will be created to include candidate meetings at 30-minute intervals during your PPF timeslot(s).
Once you receive your schedule during the week of October 3, you can adjust it if/as needed based upon your desired use.
Q: How should my institution prepare for the Professional Placement Forum?
A: During the week of October 3, you will receive a link to your position’s customized scheduling link/QR code. We encourage you
to search the candidate database and contact candidates of interest. You can include your institution’s scheduling link/code with
the invitation – this will allow candidates to select from available meeting timeslots.
Q: Do I meet with candidates one-on-one?
A: Your PPF table includes 4 chairs and you can have up to 2 recruiters/table. Your position’s default meeting schedule will
include appointment slots for 1 candidate every 30 minutes but can be adjusted if you prefer to include 2 candidates/timeframe
and/or longer or shorter timeframes.
Q: When and where will I meet with candidates?
A: You will receive your room and table assignment along with your customized schedule link/QR code during the week of October 3.
A room map and numbered table stanchions will be available to allow for easy navigation of the space.
