ACCP Research Institute Offers No-Cost Assay Work

Did you know that Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. (PPD) has more than 200 assays for drugs, hormones, and biomarkers that could be used to strengthen your current research or obtain important preliminary data? PPD is a leading global contract research organization providing discovery, development, and postapproval services as well as compound partnering programs. Validated methods using UV/LC and LC/MS/MS assays for drugs such as albuterol, candesartan, carvedilol, diltiazem, irbesartan, lamivudine, and metformin; hormones such as progesterone, estradiol, and testosterone; and biomarkers such as IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-1B, together with others, are available at no cost.

The PPD Bioanalytical Fluid and Tissue Sample Grant Award supports the bioanalytical research efforts of ACCP member researchers. The primary purpose of the in-kind support grant is to allow ACCP members the use of state-of-the-art PPD laboratory facilities for conducting their sample analyses. This grant is for in-kind support at either the Richmond, VA, or the Madison, WI, PPD site using PPD’s advanced state-of-the-art facilities.
